SERVICE - FORK or SHOCK:   $80 per end

(not including wear parts and fluids)

 

Both the fork and/or shock are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. As needed wear parts are replaced with fresh OEM replacements. Only OEM bushings are used, while either OEM or Moose seal kits are used. While usually OEM seals are best, testing has shown that the Moose seal kits are holding up extremely well and depending on the application, quite a bit cheaper as well. (Think KTM). All of the components are then reassembled and filled with Torco Suspension Fluids.

REVALVE - FORK or SHOCK:   $160 per end

(not including wear parts or ICS springs, if needed).****

 

All revalves include a full service as described above. However, much more work is done during this process. Both the fork and/or shock shafts are polished to remove any rough spots. All piston faces are surfaced for proper shim sealing. Each and every setup is tailored for the individual rider. No “one size fits all” setups here.  Then of course all components are refilled with Torco Fluids.

 

****There are some bikes out there, mainly older design components, which benefit greatly from the installation of Race Tech Gold Valves. These kits usually range in the $160 - $190 per end, depending on application. Also, we are currently in the process of developing our own fork pistons for the new generation KYB and Showa forks. These pistons offer a great deal more tunability and control. Details coming soon.

ATV SHOCK SERVICE -  $120 per front pair,  $80 for the rear. This is not including parts and fluids

ATV REVALVE -  Due to the MANY different applications and options, prices can vary considerably. Again, Gold Valves work extremely well in the front shocks of most Sport ATVs. Please CALL for pricing.
